Rangers International Football Club of Enugu held home boys, Kwara United, to a one all draw in Ilorin in a pulsating Nigerian Premier Football League, NPFL, match on Sunday.
The home team, looking for an encore after an impressive goaless draw at Rivers United last week, were shocked to their marrows when the visitor came out smoking from the blast of the whistle.
Early in the game, Rangers were already imposing their dominance.
The packed Kwara State Stadium was shocked into silence after, Kaseem Ogunleye of the visiting team scored from 25 meters yard from a free kick cleverly tucked behind the home team net.
But the second half saw a different purposeful Kwara United. The push back yielded result in the 53rd minute after Mohammed Alao rifled home a shot from outside box.
