The Israel Defense Forces has called on the international community, including the Red Cross, to ensure that hostages are receiving the medical care they need.
During a press conference, the IDF spokesperson Daniel Hagari made reference to a eighty four year old Elma Avraham, who was airlifted to Soroka hospital in Beersheba in a serious condition on Sunday.
Hagari spoke about the hostages that remain in Gaza, charging international organizations, especially the Red Cross, to use every tool at their disposal to gain access to the hostages, to make sure they’re receiving the medical care needed.
Hagari further assured that his forces will ensure to rescue the hostages at all costs as it is the duty and moral responsibility of the Israeli Defence Forces.
