Presidential Election Petition Court to deliver judgment in Obi’s petition

The Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC) has said it will deliver judgment on the petition by Peter Obi and the Labour Party (LP) on a date to be announced later.

Justice Haruna Tsammani, the Presiding Justice of the court, made the announcement a moment ago after lawyers to petitioners and the respondents adopted their final written addresses and made their last submissions.

The nation reports that Lawyer to the petitioners, Livy Uzoukwu (SAN), argued his clients proved their case and prayed the court to grant the reliefs sought.
