International Youth Day: Group Urges Youth to Seek Self Employment Opportunities

Nigerian youths have been encouraged to create opportunities and not rely on government for job opportunities admists the high rate of unemployment in the country.

The Editorial and Publicity community development group of the National Youth service corps in Kwara state cautioned the youths during a lecture themed “Identify Opportunities” to seek for self employment opportunities.

Abosede Hannah, the secretary of the group, while speaking with Royal FM correspondent Opeyemi Akeredolu urged the youth to create opportunities for themselves and not rely on the government.

While, Arojo Towo, a graduate of mass communication charged the youth to acquire skills that can sustain them and their family.
