Guinea’s Justice Minister has said that the country’s former military ruler, Moussa Dadis Camara, has been taken from prison by armed men.
The group stormed a jail in the capital, Conakry, early on Saturday morning, taking Camara and three others, although one of them has since been found.
Those taken are currently on trial for their alleged roles in deaths of more than one hundred and fifty people in a 2009 protest and it is unclear if they have been kidnapped or not.
