Police Confirm Slaughter Of Businesswoman In Kwara Community, Arrest Four Suspects

Unidentified gunmen have attacked and slaughtered a businesswoman identified as ALABI TITILOPE in Agbeku community, Agunji district, of Ifelodun Local Government of Kwara State.

According to reports, the gunmen also carted away her motorcycle. The businesswoman was reportedly attacked and murdered at midnight in her home at Agbeku, shortly after her arrival from Ilorin, the state capital on a business trip.

The traditional ruler of the town, Oba ABDULAZEEZ AGBOOLA, who spoke to newsmen today confirmed the incident and disclosed that four suspects were now in the police net in connection with the tragic development.

In his reaction, the spokesman of the state police command, SP AJAYI OKASANMI confirmed the development, adding that some suspects have already been arrested and helping the command in its investigation.
