Kwara State residents have claimed that the Kwara State Command of the Nigeria police force are not performing their duties and have resulted in harassing the masses instead of reducing crime.
Speaking to Royal FM correspondent Oluwadamilola Ayanwale, the residents allegedly claimed that the police are not concentrating on reducing crime but rather stop people on bikes and demand money from them.
Some residents also alleged that police officers harass the youths, accusing them of engaging in internet fraud instead of focusing on their responsibility to secure lives and properties of the citizens.
