Muslim youths in Kwara State and across Nigeria have received a clarion call to refrain from engaging in negative behaviors such as kidnapping, fraud, and rape. The admonition came during a one-day seminar organized by the Summit of Muslim Organizations aimed at sensitizing Arabic students in Kwara State.
Under the theme “Inculcating the Fear of Allah in Our Muslim Youths and Youth as Catalysts in the Propagation of Islam,” participants were urged to embrace contentment and the fear of Almighty Allah to foster peace in Nigeria.
As reported by RoyalTimes, Alhaji AbdulRauf AbdulBaaqi, the Chairman of the Organizing Committee, emphasized the need for Muslim youths to abandon negative conduct.
Alhaji Isiaka Ajibola Salau, Chairman of the Ansar-ud-Deen Society of Nigeria, Ilorin, echoed these sentiments, reminiscing about a time when contentment and peace prevailed among youths. He stressed the importance of cultivating a conscience and the fear of God, asserting that those who fear God will lead successful and peaceful lives.
