After helping Nigeria’s Super Eagles to a second-place finish in the 34th edition of the African Cup of Nations in Ivory Coast, coach Jose Peseiro is reportedly set to dump Nigeria for Algeria.
Despite having torrid time before the start of the competition, the Portuguese gaffer did enormous work to ensure that the Super Eagles finished in a respectable position.
His performance in Ivory Coast has drawn huge attention to him, as the Algerian Football Association has concluded plans to appoint him as the next manager of the Desert Foxes.
According to the update from the North African country, the football body is already offering Peseiro a whopping $90,000 as salary as against the $50,000 he was earning from Nigeria.
