The Dutch and Danish governments have confirmed that they will transfer an unspecified number of F-16s to Ukraine once Kyiv has met certain conditions.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s visit to Denmark will see him talk with Danish leaders about F-16s and the start of Ukrainian pilot training, the Danish premier’s office has said.
“Denmark fully supports Ukraine and is ready” to do so “for as long as necessary”, Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen said in a statement ahead of Zelenskyy’s arrival and a joint news conference later on Sunday.
Denmark’s Minister of Defence Jakob Ellemann-Jensen, in a statement, voiced pride that his country and the Netherlands were donating the fighter planes “to the fight for Ukraine’s freedom against Russia and its senseless.
