Tribunal Verdict: PDP Lost Battle, War Isn’t Over, Claims Atiku
The former Vice President and the standard bearer of the Peoples Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar, has said his party only lost a war after the judgment of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal, but the war is not over.
Atiku made this known during a press briefing to react to the verdict of the five-man panel led by Justice Haruna Tsammani which upheld the victory of President Bola Tinubu on Wednesday.
In response, Atiku said on Thursday at the PDP Headquarters in Abuja, said he respects the judgment of the tribunal but refused to accept it because it lacks justice.
The former vice president, according to the Vanguard, expressed confidence that the PDP will win the war and restore confidence in the electoral system.
