Rangers lucky to earn one point against Kwara United, claims Dogo

written by Royal Times of Nigeria October 23, 2023

Kwara United head coach Kabiru Dogo has claimed that Rangers are lucky to get a draw in Sunday’s Nigeria Premier Football League clash.

The Coal City outfit capitalised on Kwara United’s slow start to the game, as Kazeem Ogunleye slotted home the opening goal from a free kick.

The Harmony Boys’ tactician assured that his young side will continue to improve as the season progresses.

“Rangers were very lucky getting the draw. They didn’t deserve it. That’s football for you,” he told the club’s media

“My team is improving game by game. They are a bunch of young players, and with patience, they will keep improving.”
