Rangers have concluded plans to stage a screening exercise for the establishment of its Under-13, Under-15 and Under-17 teams.
The General Manager of the club, Barrister Amobi Ezeaku, who made the revelation in Enugu, said that the formation of the developmental teams is aimed at fulfilling his promise of running a functional youth team for the club.
The screening exercise is billed to take place at the Rangers training pitch on January 30, 2024 as Rangers set to participate in the maiden edition of the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, youth league.
The Flying Antelopes are in Group E which consists of Abia Warriors, Heartland and Enyimba. Twenty teams is to participate in the competition in five groups comprising of four teams each in the competition that kicks off on February 1st, 2024 across all venues.
