Flamingos head coach, Bankole Olowookere, says his team will go all out for a win against Germany in their opening game at the 2022 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup billed for the Pandit Jawaharlal Stadium, Goa.
Olowookere’s girls will need to be at their best against the Germans, who are one of the tournament favourites.
The gaffer stated that his team is battle ready for the task ahead and not scared of facing the Germans.
He added that the team is focused on getting the three points at stake, which he noted that it will boost the confidence of the girls for the remaining games of the group phase and going forward in the competition.
Chile and New Zealand are the other teams in the group.
