Former Edo State governor and Edo North Senator, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, has encouraged Nigerians not to focus on complaints about unemployment but to actively seek opportunities for personal growth.
RoyalTimes reported he made these remarks while commissioning a new filling station owned by a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Chief Ayirimi Emami, in Warri on Friday, January 12.
Oshiomhole applauded President Bola Tinubu for eliminating the petrol subsidy, asserting that it marked the end of a system where individuals could become overnight billionaires in the oil and gas sector through political favoritism and connections.
Oshiomhole urged young Nigerians to view challenges as opportunities, stating, “Nigerians have never sat down to ask themselves how come the Lebanese, the Indians are coming in droves to find jobs here.
He said Nigerians are not seeing the opportunities in Nigeria and urged the youths not to cry and go for the opportunities.
