The Kwara Kiddies YEG League Board has announced the constitution of an appeal committee tasked with dealing with appeal cases concerning the league as dictated by the league framework.
According to a statement signed by the league’s secretary, Yemi Sodeeq, the committee which is headed by Magistrate Kannike Lukman Kale of the Kwara State Judiciary, is made up of spirited members of the bar who were carefully selected in view of their endearing antecedents.
Other members of the committee include Muhammed Sodiq Esq (Kwara State Judiciary) – Secretary, Adeleke Adedamola David Esq (Zenith Bank PLC) – Member, Yewande Aishat Elias Esq. (Lagos State Ministry of Justice) – Member and Ibrahim Abubakar Esq. (Adebimpe Seifullah Chambers) – Member.
The committee has been charged by the league board to carry out its duties in line with the league framework and its first task will be to hear the appeal from Arsenal Kiddies with all parties involved.
“They have been charged by the league board to carry out their duties in line with the league framework”, the statement read.
“In view of the foregoing, the committee’s first task will be about the Appeal letter from Arsenal Kiddies. The committee will attend to the matter (soon) virtually with all the parties involved”
The league board also appealed for the cooperation and understanding of the stakeholders in order to continue the development of the league.
