The Chief of Staff to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Femi Gbajabiamila has said “The insecurity in the country is not peculiar to Nigeria alone,” expressing optimism that the present administration would tackle the problem head-on.
Gbajabiamila said this on Saturday while casting his vote in Surulere Constituency, in the ongoing re-run election into the House of Representatives of the constituency, adding that the President was actively working to solve the security problem in the country and had devised new strategies to deal with the situation.
Speaking further, he stated that removing fuel subsidies was inevitable because the country was being defrauded by a few Individuals benefiting from the system.
“The security challenges are not peculiar to Nigeria alone, but we are confident that necessary steps have been taken to solve the situation”, Gbajabiamila said.
