The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria ((FAAN) has denied issuing a prohibition on the use of Ghana Must Go at the country’s airports.
Various reports on several media platforms on Friday stated that FAAN placed a ban on Ghana Must Go bags.
The reports stated that the ban was particularly for passengers traveling through international airports in the country.
The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria has however, refuted the reports and according to a statement released on their social media handle, it explained that the ban was issued by Ethiopian Airlines.
“Kindly note that @flyethiopian issued a prohibition of the use of Ghana must go on their flight and not FAAN. Thank you.“
