The Lagos State Police Command querie the Noforija Divisional Police Officer after two brothers accuse of raping a teenager in the Igbooye community, Epe area of the state, escape from custody.
The Police Public Relations Officer, Bala Elkana, said he discover that the DPO lie that the suspects are in custody on Wednesday, 2 October 2019 he told the newsmen that the DPO had been queried.
The security men said the two brothers are reported, Alaba and Abiodun Musa, they were alleged to have hypnotized and raped a 16-year-old girl and handed the brother over to the police.
Elkana the police spokesperson issued another order on behalf of the Commissioner of police that the suspects and the parties should be brought to the command headquarters.
He said that the commissioner of police have sanctioned the DPO and asked him to produce them. he also said the division has been queried.
