The state Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) has said it will not compromise the official pump price.
In spite several clamour by the Kwara State Independent Petroleum Marketer Of Nigeria IPMAN, to sell Premium Motor Spirit, PMS above the official price of eighty-seven naira per litre.
The Operation Controller of DPR in the state, Mr Philips Salvation who disclosed this while speaking with our correspondent, Olarotimi Oshin vowed to seal any station that dispenses above the official pump price.
According to him, the DPR will not compromise its stand on the enforcement of the government’s approved price of petroleum products in kwara state. Salvation insisted that his deployment to the state was to enforce the law and he intends to stand by it.
