A leading human capital development expert who is also the. Founder/CEO of D-Positive Global Image Consult as well as both the NasTV Africa and D-Positive Global Impact Foundation, Mallam Nasir Abdulquadri was unanimously elected as the PIONEER CHAIRMAN NATIONAL PRODUCTIVITY COMMITTEE for Kwara state.
The National Productivity Committee is an initiative of the Honourable Minister of Labour and Productivity as approved by the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria under the auspices of the National Productivity Centre.
The National Productivity centre however owns the National mandate of stimulating productivity consciousness, determining productivity levels, monitoring productivity trends, promoting and leading the productivity movement in the country towards the attainment of higher levels of productivity in all sectors of the Nigerian economy.
One method through which the centre has been driving its mandate is the establishment of a productivity committee across the states of the federation.
The committee in Kwara consists of highly productive individuals and groups drawn from different sectors of livelihood such as the manufacturers association, chamber of commerce and MDAS amongst others.
Meanwhile, developmental enthusiasts across Africa has applauded the election of Mr Nasir Abdulquadri whom the majority described as a top-notch productivity strategist whose love for productivity and human capital exploration lured him out of the banking sector in which he had a very robust career in the retail sub-sector as a regional retail team leader.
Nasir Abdulquadri who was also a tax practitioner, investment advisor and stock broking practitioner, was elected unopposed by the committee members.
He is the CEO of D-Positive Global image services consult limited (A human capital development outfit) and founder Nastv Africa (An online mentorship platform for African Youths). He is the founder and Chairman D-Positive Global Impact foundation (with a mandate to improve the livelihood of grassroots women and youths, not only to alleviate poverty but to eradicate it to a larger extent).
During his acceptance speech; he thanked the members for the confidence reposed in him and promised productive, creative and accelerated programmes to make our society a productive inclined environment in terms of efficiency and effectiveness.
His track record includes amongst others, the drive on the development of the Aso oke sector in Kwara state, an initiative which was widely applauded by several key opinion leaders in the state.
