Vice President, Kashim Shettima has said that the federal government will provide an enabling environment for the Nigerian Youths to thrive in their creativity in shaping Nigeria’s future.
Shettima who reiterated this commitment during the official launch of the National Design and Innovation Competition at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, indicated that the worst is over amidst the prevailing economic situation.
He noted that the naira would continue to stabilize in the coming weeks and months, as the President Bola Tinubu administration tackles issues of food security, nutrition, and insecurity while he emphasized that the future belongs to the youth and the creatives, adding that innovation drives manufacturing and Nigeria is brimming with possibilities and opportunities.
Shettima further announced plans to include young innovators in the government’s $617.7 million Investment in Digital and Creative Enterprises (i-DICE) program.
