Kwara State University (KWASU) Announces Resumption Date

The authority of the Kwara State University (KWASU) has announced Wednesday 15th March, 2023 as the resumption date after three weeks suspension of academic activities as directed by the National Universities Commission.

This was contained in a statement signed by the Registrar of the institution,  Dr Kikelomo W. Sallee and made available to journalists by the Acting  Director Public Relations,  Dr Saeedat Aliyu.

The Registrar said academic activities will resume on the said date while the Harmattan semester examinations will commence on Monday, March 20, 2023.

It is recalled that the National Universities Commission (NUC) directed all Nigerian Universities to suspend academic activities from Thursday February 23rd to Tuesday March 14th, 2023 to allow members of the University Community exercise their civic responsibilities in the  2023 general elections.
