Kwara State declares (Today )Wednesday, 25 January 2023 as work free day

The Kwara State Governor, Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrazak has approved the declaration of today  Wednesday, 25 January 2023 as work free day for the State Civil Servants.

According to the Head of Civil Service, Mrs Susan Modupe Oluwole said, this will give ample time to the workers to get their Permanent Voters Card from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to enable them to participate actively in the upcoming general election.

She also appealed to those yet to get their voters Card  to immediately do so before the expiration of the collection date.
