High court adjourns Ayade and deputy’s suit

The Federal High Court,  Justice Taiwo Taiwo in Abuja has rescheduled judgement for April 6 in relation to the case seeking to sack the Cross River Governor, Ben Ayande and his Deputy in person of  Ivara Esu over their defection from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress Party

 

Justice Taiwo Taiwo had earlier planned the judgment for March 25, 2022.

But, the case was adjourned this morning, its was indicated on the cause list that the judgement would now be rendered on April 6.

The suit marked: FHC/ABI/CS/975/2021 was filed by the PDP, with INEC, Ayade, Esu and APC as defendants.
