2023 election: President Buhari Issues Fresh Order To Nigeria Immigration Service

President, Muhammadu Buhari has ordered the Nigeria Immigration Service NIS to make the country’s border impenetrable to infiltrators ahead of the forthcoming election.

This was contained in a statement made available to newsmen by the Ministry of Interior Rauf Aregbesola on Tuesday.

The Minister, through his Media Adviser, Sola Fasure, conveyed Buhari’s directive while inaugurating the Katsina NIS command office and the roll-out of the enhanced e-Passport in the state

According to Aregbesola, the President’s order is between now and the period that Nigeria concludes all the elections, adding that the immigration service should make the country’s borders impregnable, even after the elections.
