The Commissioner for Science and Technology, Sokoto State, Nasir Zarummai, is dead. Zarumai died Friday night at the Usmanu Danfodio University Teaching Hospital after a brief illness.
His death was announced this morning in a tense statement. He would have been 43 next month.
