Warri Wolves chairman Neville Ambakederemo has hailed the team for earning a point in their Nigeria National League clash against Crown FC.
The Sea-siders held their hosts to a 1-1 draw at the Soun Stadium, Ogbomosho.
Chairman of the Seasiders said the point will ginger the team’s promotion aspiration and urged the players to continue to put in their best against all odds.
“They should keep on giving their best against all odds, and the greatest consolation will come with us achieving our target, which has been to qualify for the NNL Super 8, get promotion into the Apex league in the country and possibly pick a continental ticket via the Federation Cup,” he said.
The draw lifted Warri Wolves to third position on the table. Warri Wolves will host Giant Brillars FC in their next game at the Kwale Township Stadium on Friday.
