Head Coach of the Nigerian U-20 Women’s team, Christopher Musa Danjuma has called up 30 players for next month’s 2024 FIFA U20 Women’s World Cup qualifying fixture against Tanzania.
Goalkeepers Faith Omilana and Linda Jiwuaku, defenders Jumoke Alani and Tumininu Adeshina, midfielders Taiwo Afolabi, Chinyere Kalu and Chidera Okenwa, and forwards Chiamaka Okwuchukwu, Yina Adoo and Opeyemi Ajakaye are among a roster of 30 Falconets
The Falconets will face Tanzania in the first leg away in Dar es Salaam between November 10th and 12th with the return leg billed for Abuja between November 17th – 19th
The invited players have been told to report at the Chida Hotel in Utako, Abuja on Sunday, 22nd October and know that victory will see them move to the final qualifying round for 2024 FIFA U20 Women’s World Cup in Columbia.
