PDP accuses Tinubu, APC of mopping up cash for vote-buying

PDP accuses Tinubu, APC of mopping up cash for vote-buying

The Osun State chapter of the All Progressives Congress, APC, has reacted to a statement by the state caretaker committee ex-chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Mr Akindele Adekunle, over his comments on the presidential candidate of the APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

In a statement today, the Acting Osun State Chairman of the APC, Tajudeen Lawal, said that it was unfortunate that Adekunle could use unprintable names on Asiwaju Tinubu all in the name of playing politics.

He lamented that a party chairperson with blood running in his veins could justify the lingering currency redesign and fuel scarcity crises in the name of politics simply because he wanted Tinubu crucified for no cause.

He hinted that Adekunle, in his statement headlined ‘Osun PDP Cautions Residents on Fighting Proxy War in APC’s Election Fever-induced Battle’, was arrogating to himself the qualities he doesn’t possess.

He made it known that Tinubu is a one-person battalion in political parlance who does not need anyone to fight for him either by proxy or by any other means.
