Azeez Fashola, widely known as Naira Marley, and show promoter Balogun Eletu, popularly addressed as Sam Larry, emerged in Lekki, marking their first outing since their release from custody.
The duo, both key figures in the Nigerian entertainment scene, had been embroiled in legal troubles since October when they were arraigned in connection with the alleged involvement in the demise of musician Ilerioluwa Aloba, known by his stage name Mohbad.
Sam Larry took to social media to share a video capturing the moment as they stepped out together, accompanied by Marlian Music signee Zinoleesky. The footage showcased a jovial atmosphere, with the trio seemingly in good spirits.
Naira Marley and Sam Larry’s legal woes came to a temporary halt on November 17, as the Lagos State Police Command granted their release following the fulfillment of their bail conditions.
The charges against them were related to their alleged roles in the events leading to the untimely death of Mohbad.
