Meta-owned Facebook and Instagram on Tuesday suffered a massive glitch with many users unable to gain access to their accounts.
Meta spokesperson Andy Stone said in a post on X that the company is aware people are having trouble accessing their services and it is being worked on.
“We’re aware people are having trouble accessing our services. We are working on this now,” Meta spokesperson Andy Stone said in a post on X.
There were, reportedly, more than three hundred thousand reports of outages for Facebook and about forty thousand reports for Instagram.
This is not the first time a Meta-owned platform has faced issues as it would be recalled that Facebook suffered a global outage in 2022, making many users unable to watch videos or send messages.
