Labour Party Presidential Candidate, Peter Obi Assures Better Nigeria, Unity If Elected  

The Presidential Candidate of Labour Party (LP),Peter Obi has said his administration will ensure a united and secured Nigeria if elected on February 25.

Obi who said this today at a political rally held in Metropolitan Square Ilorin the Kwara  capital said that one of the priorities of his government would be to provide jobs for youths in Nigeria.

He said Nigeria has produced insecurity, poverty for the past ten years  , noting that past administration does not care about youths

The Labour Party Presidential flag bearer further said that his emergence will lead to the end of disruption of academic activities in tertiary institutions in Nigeria.

He condemned the use of religion as the basis for the campaign, saying commitment of individuals is the key to saving the nation.

In her comment, Aamedia activist and member of labour party Aisha Yusuf described peter obi as the most competent. She also expressed confidence in the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC, saying INEC will conduct free and fair elections.
