President Tinubu Recalls Career, Non-Career Ambassadors

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Yusuf Tuggar, through his media aide, Alkasim Abdulkadir, on Saturday recalled all ambassadors, both career and non-career.

It could be recalled that the Former President Muhammadu Buhari had in July 2020 appointed forty-one non-career ambassadors and forty-two career ambassadors to man the nation’s foreign diplomatic missions.

According to the statement confirming the recall of the ambassadors, the ambassadors were recalled on the instructions of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
