Nigeria Police Force Recompense Kwara Officers Caught Assaulting Civilian

The Nigeria Police Force has revealed that it will mete out disciplinary actions to the officers of the Kwara State Police Command who were captured assaulting a member of the public.

This was revealed by the Force’s Public Relations Officer, Muyiwa Adejobi on his social media handle on Tuesday.

It will be recalled that officers of the Kwara State Police Command were recorded assaulting a young man as they tried to get him into their vehicle on Tuesday, September 12th while the Command revealed that the individual was resisting to be searched and was brought for interrogation before being released.

However, Adejobi stated that the officers and their commander have reported to the Force Headquarters in Abuja and have been referred to the Force Provost Marshal to face disciplinary actions.
