Former England Striker Urges Liverpool To Sign Osimhen

Former Liverpool forward Emile Heskey has urged the club to bring Victor Osimhen to the Premier League. The Reds are among the clubs reportedly interested in the Nigeria international.

Speaking on the reason he wanted the Reds to sign the Super Eagles striker, Heskey said Osimhen will certainly give Liverpool something different to what they have now.

The former England striker added that Osimhen is a different striker to Darwin Nunez who can play out wide; adding that the Nigerian striker who he described as being quick, phenomenal, and prolific with both feet, will be the central goal threat.

The 23-year-old has scored 10 goals and recorded three assists in 14 appearances across all competitions for Napoli this season.
