In response to escalating production expenses, Nigerian Breweries Plc has unveiled a significant price adjustment, impacting consumers across the West Zone.
In a letter dated Monday, February 12, 2024, the company notified its clientele of the impending price revision, set to take effect from Monday, February 19, 2024.
As reported by Punch, the decision to revise prices is attributed to the persistent surge in input costs, necessitating measures to mitigate the financial strain.
The statement assured customers that orders fully paid for before the specified date would be honored at prevailing prices. However, any orders exceeding the communicated quantity threshold would incur revised pricing.
“The exact quantity of orders that will be allowed will be communicated to you by your Regional Business Manager (RBM). Any order in excess of this quantity will be re-invoiced at the new price on the 19th of February 2024,” the statement added.
