Villarreal Sack Manager Quique Setien

Following a disappointing start to the season, with one win and three defeats in four matches, La Liga side Villarreal have sacked manager Quique Setien.

Villarreal hired Setién in October last year and led the team in a total of thirty-nine competitive games to finish fifth and earn a Europa League spot

According to the club, Sporting director Miguel Ángel Tena will be in charge of the team until further notice.
