Niger Delta students thanks President Buhari

Niger Delta Students Union Government (NIDSUG) has hailed President Muhammadu Buhari for appointing Prof. Kememabradikumo Pondei as acting managing director of Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC).

Union President Maloo Degreat spoke at the inauguration of NIDSUG executive in Port Harcourt.

Degreat, a law student from Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt, thanked Minister of Niger Delta Senator Godswill Akpabio for always supporting them.He urged him to work more with the union to develop the region.

“The NIDSUG calls on students in Niger Delta and Nigeria to support our leaders in the development of the region.”Outgoing NIDSUG President Edom Smart urged Degreat to follow to carry everybody along.

Former Vice Chancellor of Ignatius Ajuri University of Education, Port Harcourt, Prof. Sotonye Amakiri, advised the body to seek peace and stay away from cultism.He promised to support them more.
