In a bid to tackle real estate challenges including fear of multiple ownership, as well as documentation, the Director Of Operations for Experience Vision Creations, Mr. Gbenga Ibitoye, on Wednesday urged young people in Kwara State to take advantage of real estate.
Mr. Gbenga Ibitoye, who made the call on Wednesday at the real estate company’s launch of a new project, Riyadh Golf City, at Agawoods Hotels in Ilorin, the Kwara State Capital, stated that the project aims at reducing the housing deficit in Nigeria as there will be a need for strategic partnerships, which include engagement with critical stakeholders in Kwara State.
Mr. Gbenga Ibitoye, speaking at the launch, urged young people to take advantage of real estate, encouraging the involvement of more young people in Kwara State in property ownership and investment.
Highlighting the goals of Riyadh Golf City, Ibitoye, revealed that the overall goal of the Riyadh Golf City project is to change the narrative of real estate in Kwara State, stressing the estate’s prospects, its possibilities, as well as a price review for the project.
In addition to his words, Group Managing Director for Experience Vision Creations, Engineer Fola Oyedeji, described the Riyadh Golf City project as a testament that Kwara is where prosperity resides.
