Budapest 2023: Tobi Amusan Qualifies For Hundred Meters Hurdles Semifinal

Nigeria’s Tobi Amusan returned to the track in the 2023 World Athletics Championship in Budapest in style as she claimed first position in her heat to qualify for the semifinals of the 100 meters hurdles.

The Nigerian International who was cleared last week by the Athletics Integrity Unit ( AIU) after she was accused of doping violations competed in heat 5 and came first with a time of 12.48 seconds.

Amusan and other qualified athletes will be back on track on Wednesday for the semi-final event of the race.
