The Bring Back Our Girls Group has applauded the Federal Government, security agencies and all the other partners on the release of the eighty-two Chibok girls from the bonds of the Boko Haram sect.
In a statement issued in Abuja today and signed by the Convener of the group, Mrs. Oby Ezekwesili, the group said its members are delighted by the good news which followed the release of twenty-one girls in October 2016.
The Bring Back Our Girls Group further expressed joy at the statement of the Presidency towards rescuing the remaining one hundred and thirteen Chibok Girls who still remain captives of the terrorists.
Also, the Convener, Nigeria Young Women Political Forum, Hajia Zainab Mohammed, commended the efforts of the federal government in securing the release of the girls.
She called on the Ministry of Women Affairs and Social Development in collaboration with Ministry of Health to provide the girls and their parents adequate need psyco-dynamic counselling before being re-integrated into their various communities.
