FIFA has appointed officials for the upcoming senior international friendly between Nigeria and Mozambique in Portugal on October 16th.
The Director of Communications at the Nigeria Football Federation, Ademola Olajire, confirmed that Portuguese referee Miguel Nogueira will officiate the match. He will be assisted by his compatriots Paulo Bras, Ana Loide, and Bruno Viera as assistant referee 1, assistant referee 2, and fourth official, respectively.
This encounter at the Estadio Municipal de Portimao marks the sixth meeting between Nigeria and Mozambique, with both teams having previously faced each other four times at the senior level.
