The Federal Capital Territory Police Command has deployed its officers to the Lead British International School, Abuja, over viral videos of bullying.
The Police Public Relations Officer, SP Josephine Adeh, in a statement on Tuesday, noted that the move was a proactive response to alarms raised by some members of the public regarding videos circulating on social media depicting the bullying of students at the school.
She also revealed that the police were on top of the situation while noting that the investigation was ongoing.
However, the management of Lead British International School, Abuja, in a statement on Tuesday, said it had begun an investigation into the matter.
