The Emir of Ilorin and Chairman Kwara State Council of Chiefs, Mai-Martaba Alhaji (Dr.) Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari CFR, has urged pilgrims of the 2023 hajj to continue to pray fervently for the nation’s peace, unity and prosperity.
He urged them to use thier visit to the holy cities of Madinnah and Makkah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a great opportunity to move closer to Allah, according to a goodwill message issued on Sunday by the Emir’s spokesman, Mallam Abdulazeez Arowona.
Alhaji Sulu-Gambari who thank Allah for His numerous blessings on the people of Ilorin Emirate, the people of Kwara State and Nigerians at large stressed that, “While in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you are expected to pray for global peace and harmony.”
