Nigerian Women in the position of authorities have been charged to use their various positions to serve humanity with the fear of God.
The Mualimat of Criterion, an Association of Muslim Women in Business and Professions, Hajia Adijat Abdul-Tawi gave the charge at a programme organized to honour the immediate past Executive Secretary of the Kwara State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board, Hajia Fatimah Abolore Jimoh.
Hajia Adijat Abdul-Tawi stressed the need for women to be upright, diligent, transparent and impartial in any position they found themselves. She also asked them to always be good role models to the entire women folk by discharging their duties without fear or favour, warning that people will reflect on their deeds while in the position of authorities when they leave office.
Responding, the immediate past Executive Secretary of the Kwara State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board, Hajia Fatimah Abolore Jimah thanked Allah and the Criterion for honouring her and acknowledging her contributions to the growth of Islam.
