The University of Ilorin has dismissed reports that it released a resumption date for returning students of the institution.
A statement by the institution refuted the report purportedly issued by the management, that October 20th,2022, has been announced as the resumption date for old students.
It described the statement as fake news, saying they are still expecting a categorical statement of strike call-off from ASUU before any decision of official resumption date could be arrived at.
The institution also refuted another report on the sale of 2022/2023 Post-UTME Screening Form to applicants.
Director of Corporate Affairs of the university, Kunle Akogun, who disowned the speculation in a statement, in Ilorin, explained that Unilorin was yet to take a decision.
