U-20 World Cup: Flying Eagles Off To Argentina For Training Tour

The Flying Eagles of Nigeria left the country on Saturday night for a two-week training tour in Argentina ahead of the 2023 FIFA U-20 World Cup. Twenty players and the coaching crew made the trip to Bueno Aires, Argentina for the camping exercise.

AC Milan midfielder, Victor Eletu is expected to link up with the contingent in the South American country on Sunday. The Flying Eagles will head to Mendoza after their stay in the country’s capital.

Ladan Bosso’s side will face Dominican Republic and Italy in their opening two games in Mendoza. The two-time finalists last group game against Brazil will take place in La Plata.

Argentina will host the competition from May 20 to June 11.
