Traders who trade at the Tipper Garage market in Tanke, Ilorin South Local Government Area have lamented low sales caused by the ongoing construction of the Tunde Idiagbon Flyover Bridge.
RoyalFM reports that the flyover bridge which has been in construction since 2022 is yet to be completed despite the initial assurance by the Kwara state Commissioner for works, Rotimi Iliasu that the construction will be completed by March 2023.
Speaking with RoyalFM correspondent Oyenuga Adetoro, a beautician, Iya Omoh, lamented low sales, noting that most shops are closed due to low patronage and the dust.
Prince Oyekunle Taiwo further noted that the environment is not conducive for trading and learning.
