‘Shettima sponsors terrorism’, ex-Tinubu’s aide fires APC camp

A former Director of the Presidential Campaign Council of the ruling All Progressives Congress, Hajia Naja’atu Mohammed, has fired her former party alleging that its vice presidential candidate, Kashim Shettima is a sponsor of terrorism.

The former APC chieftain said this during a television interview on Arise Television and monitored by RoyalFM News.

She further revealed that a notorious terrorist, Kabiru Sokoto, was back then found and arrested in the home of the former Borno State governor turned vice presidential candidate.

It could be recalled that Naja’atu had earlier resigned from her appointment with the APC and Tinubu’s campaign train weeks to the February 25 polls. She said recent developments in the political and democratic space had prompted her leaving and made it impossible for her to continue participating in party politics.

However, Tinubu’s campaign council countered her resignation claim, saying that she was sacked for being a mole in the campaign team.
